Auction Date & Time: Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 11:00 am.  Registration begins at 10:30 am.

Auction Location: The Rotunda of the New York County Supreme Court Building, located at 60 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007.

Terms & Conditions of Sale: In order to register to bid, all prospective bidders must present a bank check in the amount of $25,000/Medallion made payable to “Richard R. Rio PLLC, attorney for First Jersey Credit Union”.  The Lender, through Maltz, has received and accepted a $180,000 bid (on each of the 6 medallions), the next acceptable bid is $185,000.  Please download the Notice of Sale and complete Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Buyer’s Premium: A six (6%) percent Buyer’s Premium will be added to the Successful Bidder’s high bid to determine the contract price to be paid by the Successful Bidder.
