  • PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of defaults in the terms of a Security Agreement(s) executed on or about March 31, 2017 between WJD Delivery Services, Inc. (the “Debtor”), and Centereach Hand Wash, Inc. (the “Secured Party”).

  • The Secured Party will sell on April 17, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Maltz Auctions, Inc., located at 39 Windsor Place, Central Islip, New York 11722, at PUBLIC AUCTION to the highest bidder, by MALTZ AUCTIONS, INC., Auctioneers, Richard B. Maltz, Auctioneer DCA# 1240836, David A. Constantino, Auctioneer DCA# 1424944, the following property contained in said Security Agreement.

  • ALL OF THE SECURED PARTIES RIGHT, TITLE, AND INTEREST, IF ANY, IN AND TO ALL TANGIBLE AND INTANGIBLE ASSETS CONSISTING OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO FURNITURE, FIXTURES, CHATTELS, INVENTORY, EQUIPMENT AND LEASE HOLD INTEREST IN AND TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2495 MIDDLE COUNTRY ROAD, CENTEREACH, NEW YORK 11720.
