This is a two-step auction process. The first step is the submission of binding, sealed bids that are due September 26th. The top 5 highest bids for each location individually and the top 5 highest bulk bids will be submitted to Dunkin Donuts for review. Once approved, the qualified bidders will be invited to the open outcry auction scheduled for October 30th. Only bidders who have submitted the top qualifying bids and have been approved by Dunkin Donuts will be allowed to bid at the auction on October 30th.
