David R. Maltz & Co. Inc. specializes in debt related sales, selling more than $100 million of assets a year with between $2 million and $3 million of repossessed asset sales each month on the behalf of major financial institutions.

Our marketing campaigns create a huge following of customers and provide us with a very large presence in the tri-state region.  As a result, our auctions generally draw between 300 and 400 registered bidders.

We offer our clients tailored services based on their specific needs while consistently delivering selling prices that are superior to those of our competitors. This is largely a result of the competitive atmosphere created between car dealers and the general public.  Because our sales are not exclusive to dealers and are open to the public, dealers are forced to pay more as they must compete with private buyers.  It should be noted that all of our vehicles are sold “AS-IS and WHERE-IS”, limiting your liability.
