FORMER WYNDHAM HOTEL PHILADELPHIA-BUCKS COUNTY SELLS FOR $7.5 MILLION AT AUCTION

(Central Islip, NY- July 28, 2020) – Maltz Auctions, a premier full-service auction company serving the Continental United States and the Caribbean, announced today that the former Wyndham Hotel Philadelphia-Bucks County located at 4700 Street Road, Feasterville-Trevose, Bensalem Township, Bucks County, PA 19053 has sold at auction for $7.5 million.

The 212-room hotel was a Wyndham franchise operated by Hermani Hotels LLC of New Jersey which filed for bankruptcy on February 3, 2020 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Eastern Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.  Multiple creditors listed in the bankruptcy filing include both the Bensalem Township and Bucks County treasurer.
